DOCG Chianti Classico

It is produced with Sangiovese grapes with the addition, since vintage 2000, of a small percentage of Merlot. After primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature for approximately 20 days, it undergoes a passage in small oak barrels and then is refined in bottles for at least six months.
